1985年以来,我们将吗啉双胍外用治疗寻常疣16例(病变位于手背、颈部12例,足背、踝4例),青年扁平疣11例(病史2个月至3年,病变位于面、颈部7例,手背、前臂4例),取得较好疗效。 方法:①寻常疣:在胶布中间剪一与疣体面积相等(能套进寻常疣)的洞,固定在皮肤上。将吗啉双胍研成细末,用适量水调成糊状,取适量敷于寻常疣顶端,再用另一块相等胶布盖住即可。每2日换药1次,4周为一疗程。②扁平疣:将吗啉双胍10片研成细末,调入一小袋雪花膏内。调匀,直涂于患处,涂擦时适当用力反复揉擦,以局部有灼热感、充血为度。每日2～3次,4周为一疗程。两组均于一疗程结束进行疗效评价。 结果:16例寻常疣均治愈,一般用药1周疣体萎缩,2周脱落50％,3周脱落80％,4周全部脱落。扁平疣治愈9例,显效2例,一般用药6～10天见效,治愈时间为2～4周。 讨论:实践证明,吗啉双胍治疗寻常疣和扁平疣疗效满意,副作用小。我们发现,病史越短,疗效越
