Objective To understand the health status of noise workers in a sleeper factory and to find out the occupational contraindications and occupational diseases in the early stage and provide theoretical basis for the health supervision of noise workers. Methods The data of health examination of 161 noise-exposed workers in a sleeper factory in 2015 were collected for statistical analysis. Results 161 out of 161 people, the hearing loss of 59 people, the detection rate was 36.65%, the detection rate with the length of service, age and the trend of growth (P <0.05). There were 29 people with abnormal blood pressure, the detection rate was 18.01%. The detection rate increased with the increase of working age and age (P <0.05). There were 35 electrocardiogram abnormalities with a detection rate of 21.74%. The detection rate increased with age (P <0.05). Conclusion Occupational noise can cause progressive and permanent hearing loss. Occupational health supervision must be strengthened, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should be strengthened.
