现在上到国家下到地方都在大力发展职业教育,迎来了职业教育的春天,职业教育的发展前景广阔。但面对中等职业学校的学生素质较差,个体差异较大的现状,如何提高教学质量,让不同个体都得到全面发展是每一个中等职业学校必须解决的首要问题。我在教学中采用了分层教学,分类指导的方法,使不同差异的学生都得到了不同的发展。
