采集到1株野生平菇菌株,对其子实体进行了组织分离,测定了菌丝长势及吃料能力,经ITS分子标记技术鉴定为弗罗里达侧耳;经驯化栽培,成功出菇,味道鲜美,对开发利用野生真菌资源具有重要的意义。
One strain of wild Pleurotus ostreatus was collected and its fruiting bodies were isolated from the tissues. The mycelium growth and the ability to eat food were determined. The ITS earmarks were identified as Pleurotus ostreatus. After domestication cultivation, Tasty, is of great significance to the development and utilization of wild fungus resources.
