肥大细胞的来源尚无定论,我们拟进行探索.阴栓龄14、15天的Wistar胎鼠,横断其胸腹部,整块固定于4%多聚甲醛液内过夜.17~20天胎鼠及生后1天者,直接取其右侧睾丸和胸腺.生后5、10、20及40天幼鼠先经心脏灌流上述固定液半小时后,再取其睾丸和胸腺固定于同液内过夜.动物均购自中国医学科学院实验动物中心.按常规石蜡包埋,切片5μm厚,脱蜡至70%酒精,0.2%甲苯胺兰(60%酒精配制)染1分钟,蒸馏水速洗,滤纸吸去水份,甲醇脱水2次,各2分钟,透明、封固、观察.结果:14~15天胚胎胸腹部各器官内间充质繁殖旺盛,有些部位细胞排列紧密,没有看到肥大细胞.胚胎17天时,胸腺已发育良好,小叶结构明显.小叶间隔结缔组织内出现数个肥大细胞,体积小呈椭圆形,核圆而谈染,呈浅蓝色,细胞质中含有深紫红色的圆形异染性颗粒.胚胎19天时,胸腺附近的骨骼肌结缔组织内也出现几个肥大细胞,而软骨膜上则没有.生后1天时,胸腺实质内开始出现同个体积小的肥大细胞,小叶间隔内的肥大细胞体积增大,数量增多,扩展至被膜下.其后至40天数量渐多.但同时期的睾丸内却没有肥大细胞的出现.本结果提示,肥大细胞先在中枢免疫器官——胸腺内出现,表示其与免疫作用关系密切,以后才在其他器官内陆续出现.在胸腺内先于小叶间隔,后于实质内出现.而与免疫无
