1983年初,山东郯城县郯南农校栽培平菇的职工普遍发生咳嗽、吐痰、发热、胸闷等症状,经调查系因吸入平菇孢子引起。栽培情况该校农学系在菇房内栽培平菇已三年,无发病者。自1982年底,许多职工在各办公室内自养平菇,致使孢粉播散于室内各处。职工每日在窗户密闭的办公室内工作8小时以上。1983年初,平菇生长旺盛,喷出大量粉状孢子,一夜之间,桌面、地面即可层积大量孢粉。
