我们瓦房店轴承厂素有“中国轴承工业的故乡和摇篮”之称,是全国500家最大工业企业和同行业3大骨干企业之一。从1984年我厂在全国同行业中率先走向市场以来,按可比口径计算,平均每年工业总产值增长10.27％,销售收入增长18.94％,利润总额增长8.36％,实现利税增长9.44％。1993年,工业总产值完成7.07亿元,销售收入8.66亿元,实现利税1.02亿元。 回顾“10年竞争,10年发展”的历程,我们体会最深的一点是:企业在走向市场中,仍然要全心全意依靠工人阶级,让广大职工群众站到前台来,这是企业内有凝聚力、外有竞争力的源泉。
We Wafangdian Bearing Factory is known as “the hometown and cradle of China’s bearing industry,” and it is one of the 500 largest industrial companies in the country and one of the top 3 companies in the industry.
