采用水/环己烷/Triton X–100/正己醇四元油包水体系,通过微乳液法制备了纳米 ZrO2粉体。用 X 射线衍射、透射电镜等表征所制备的纳米粉体,重点研究表面活性剂含量对 ZrO2纳米粒子结构与性能的影响,分析产生团聚的原因,并提出改进措施。结果表明:所制备的纳米单斜相 ZrO2粉体的晶粒尺寸可控制在 15 nm 左右;随表面活性剂含量的增加,晶粒的尺寸有所减小,团聚现象亦有所减少。
Nano-ZrO2 powders were prepared by microemulsion method using water / cyclohexane / Triton X-100 / n-hexanol four-component water-in-oil system. The prepared nano-powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The effects of surfactant content on the structure and properties of ZrO2 nanoparticles were investigated. The reasons for the agglomeration were analyzed and the improvement measures were proposed. The results show that the grain size of the prepared nanosized monoclinic ZrO2 powder can be controlled at about 15 nm. With the increase of the surfactant content, the grain size decreases and the agglomeration phenomenon decreases.
