为贯彻《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》,严格控制机动车污染,实施《轻便摩托车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(工况法)》(GB 18176-2002,以下简称GB 18176),现公告如下: 一、自2005年1月1日起,所有进行新定型的轻便摩托车必须符合GB 18176第2阶段型式核准排放限值的要求。企业应向国家环保总局进行环保达标车型核准的申报。
In order to implement the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, strictly control the pollution of motor vehicles and implement the “Limits and Measurement Methods of Emissions of Light Motorcycle Emissions (Method Conditions)” (GB 18176-2002, hereinafter referred to as GB 18176) Notice is hereby given as follows: 1. Starting from January 1, 2005, all light-duty motorcycles newly fitted shall meet the requirements of the type approval discharge limit of Phase 2 of GB 18176. The enterprise shall report to the State Environmental Protection Administration for the approval of environmental standards of vehicles.
