基于美国先进非能动压水堆(AP1000)首堆进度管理特点,阐述在复杂合同关系下,围绕AP1000首次设计、主要设备首次制造,以及模块化施工等首堆设计特点中遇到的主要问题。结合三门核电工程建设实际情况,探讨和分析AP1000首堆核岛设计对计划管理带来的主要挑战和困难,采取了一系列有效的应对措施,最大程度降低首堆设计对进度的影响,并结合三门核电建设经验和教训,提出了后续AP1000核电进度管理的建议。
Based on the characteristics of the first stack progress management in AP1000 in the United States, the main problems encountered in the design of the first stack around the first design of AP1000, the first manufacture of major equipment, and the modular construction were elaborated under complex contractual relations. Combining the actual situation of Sanmen nuclear power project construction, this paper explores and analyzes the main challenges and difficulties that AP1000 first reactor nuclear island project brings to project management and adopts a series of effective measures to minimize the impact of the first reactor design on progress. Combined with the experiences and lessons learned from the construction of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, some suggestions on the progress management of AP1000 nuclear power plant are put forward.
