目的建立赭石炮制品的X射线衍射指纹图谱,并对不同产地赭石炮制品进行相似性考察。方法采用X射线衍射法对10批赭石炮制品进行定性分析,并用Origin 8.0软件比较其共有峰的夹角余弦相似度。结果建立了赭石炮制品的X射线衍射指纹图谱;不同来源的赭石样品X衍射图共有峰相似度均达到95%以上。结论赭石炮制品的X射线衍射分析方法专属性强,准确可行,指纹图谱可用于其与氧化铁类矿物药及其他矿物药的鉴别;能全面、客观地反映赭石炮制品的内在质量特征。
OBJECTIVE To establish the X-ray diffraction fingerprint of Ocher processed products and investigate the similarity of octopus processed products from different areas. Methods Ten batches of octopus processed products were qualitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction. Origin 8.0 software was used to compare the included cosine similarity of the common peaks. Results The X-ray diffraction fingerprint of octopus processed products was established. The peak similarity of X-ray diffraction patterns of ocher samples from different sources all reached more than 95%. Conclusions X-ray diffraction analysis method of Ocher processed products is specific, accurate and feasible. Fingerprint can be used to distinguish it from iron oxide minerals and other mineral drugs. It can fully and objectively reflect the inherent quality characteristics of Ocher processed products.
