就业难使法学本科教育面临前所未有的危机,曾喧嚣一时的取消之争反映了教育界对教改进一步深化的路径不明的焦躁。在不触动现有体制的情况下,法学本科教育改革深化路径在于转变教学理念,以社会需求为导向对法学本科教育课程体系设计进行检讨与反思,按照社会对法律专业人才的需求来设计法学本科课程体系,以此为突破推动我国法学本科教育改革的深化。
