例1,女,24岁,因发热、咳嗽、咽痛两天,诊断:“上感”,给予复方新诺明(CoSMZ)1g,1日2次,加草珊瑚含片治疗。服药半天后出现腹痛、腹泻,解稀水样大便,1日5次,伴外阴疱疹瘙痒。查大便:黄色水样便,红细胞少许,大便培养(-),因怀疑CoSMZ过敏而停药,腹泻次日停止。为证实是否该药过敏,又试服CoSMZ0.5g,两小时后又腹泻6次,立即采取抗过敏及对症治疗而愈。例2,女,46岁,因发热伴尿路刺激症3天,以“急性肾盂肾炎”入院。给于CoSMZ1g,1日2次,加庆大霉素治疗。
