采用离体裸鼠皮肤,以V-C扩散池和HPLC检测法,研究了阿魏酸的透皮吸收及其影响因素。实验结果表明阿魏酸可以透过皮肤,其渗透系数与浓度呈正相关;游离阿魏酸的渗透系数较其钠盐大;Azone对阿魏酸具有很好的促透作用。去除角质层后的渗透系数为完整皮肤的12倍,推测角质层可能是阿魏酸透皮吸收的主要屏障。
The skin permeation of ferulic acid and its influencing factors were studied using V-C diffusion cell and HPLC assay. The experimental results show that ferulic acid can penetrate the skin, and its permeability coefficient is positively correlated with its concentration. The permeability coefficient of free ferulic acid is larger than that of its sodium salt. Azone has a good penetration promoting effect on ferulic acid. The permeability coefficient after removing the stratum corneum is 12 times that of the intact skin, and it is speculated that the stratum corneum may be the main barrier of transdermal absorption of ferulic acid.
