中日韩自由贸易区是推动东亚区域合作的关键环节。由于自贸区的建立在客观上要受到相关时间因素的影响 ,因此在中日韩自贸区真正建立之前至少六年的过渡期内 ,中国应当通过技术合作和贸易便利化等措施积极推动自贸区的建立。
