传统媒体和新兴媒体融合,需要渗透到整合资源、整合用户等组织结构、传播体系、管理体制层面,而不仅是调整内容的制作与发布。大型企业有自己的媒体是中国新闻媒体界的一大特色。企业媒体在传递中央、企业党组织和企业重大决策部署,宣传重大事件和先进典型,上情下达、维护企业稳定上,具有重要作用。以中国石化为例,目前全系统共有自办报刊97家,每期总发行量30多万份;有企业电视台(广电中心、新闻中心)43家;有社科类期刊30份;具有国内统一刊号的生产经营类专业期刊50份。这些传统媒体已经成为中国石化重要的、不可替代的新闻宣传
The integration of traditional media with emerging media needs to permeate into the integration of resources and integration of users and other organizational structures, communication systems and management systems rather than merely the production and distribution of content. Large enterprises have their own media is a major feature of China’s news media industry. Corporate media plays an important role in transmitting the major policy decisions and arrangements of the Central Government, the enterprises in the Party organizations and enterprises, publicizing major events and advanced models, adhering to the situation and safeguarding the stability of enterprises. Taking Sinopec as an example, there are currently 97 newspapers and periodicals in circulation throughout the system, each with a total circulation of more than 300,000 copies. There are 43 enterprise television stations (radio and television centers and news centers), 30 social science journals, Issue of production and management of professional journals 50 copies. These traditional media has become an important and irreplaceable publicity for Sinopec
