目的:探讨芦青颗粒的解热、抗炎作用,为临床用药提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型观察芦青颗粒对酵母混悬液致大鼠发热的解热作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察芦青颗粒对炎症反应的影响。结果:芦青颗粒对酵母混悬液致大鼠体温升高有明显降温作用;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及由醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性均具有极显著的抑制作用。结论:芦青颗粒具有明显的解热、抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Luqing granules and to provide a scientific basis for clinical drug use. Methods: The model of fever caused by dry yeast was used to observe the antipyretic effect of Luqing granule on the fever induced by yeast suspension in mice. The auricle swelling induced by xylene and intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid induced peritoneal capillary permeability Increased sexual experiment, observation Luqing particles on the inflammatory response. RESULTS: Luqing granule had a significant cooling effect on the body temperature of rats induced by yeast suspension. It had a very significant inhibitory effect on the auricle swelling induced by xylene and the capillary permeability of the tissue induced by acetic acid . Conclusion: Luqing granule has obvious antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
