本文用pH电位法和计算机平衡模拟,对黄芩甙、黄芩甙-铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、铝(Ⅲ)在0.15mmol/LNaCl介质中的相互作用进行了研究。建立了各体系的平衡模型。求得了有关参数并据此讨论了有关物种的药理作用。
In this paper, the interaction between baicalin, baicalin-copper (Ⅱ), zinc (Ⅱ) and aluminum (Ⅲ) in 0.15mmol / L NaCl medium was studied by pH potentiometry and computer simulation. Established a balanced model of each system. Obtained the relevant parameters and discussed the pharmacological effects of the species.
