地名界的同行都知道西北的边陲城奎屯,正如他们同样知道奎屯的地名办主任窦晓群。奎屯的地名工作近几年来,的确走在了前列,每次抓住晓群介绍经验,他总是摆手摇头:我只是做了一些具体工作,关键还是我们的领导。开始我们以为是他的谦虚,可是在今夏丹东的“中国地名杂志首届通联工作会议”上,远在几千里之外的于副市长竟和晓群一起出席了会议。单凭这一点,足可证明晓群的话不虚,更何况,于副市长这些年的确为奎屯的地名工作做了大量的工作。
