实习基地建设是我国高校转型发展中的重要一环,是“通才”向“技能型”人才转变的途径和方法。本文以沈阳大学日语专业为例,向读者介绍了该专业在转型发展中的实习基地建设的研究与实践。主要突出了与企业合作共建实习和实训基地的内容与经验,对日语专业人才培养模式和创新型实践基地的建设与管理提供可行性建议。
The construction of practice base is an important part in the transformation and development of colleges and universities in our country. It is the way and method of transformation from “generalist” to “skilled” talents. This article takes the Japanese major of Shenyang University as an example to introduce the reader to the research and practice of the practice base construction in transformation and development. It mainly highlights the content and experience of cooperation and co-establishment of internship and training bases with enterprises, and provides feasible suggestions on the construction and management of Japanese professional training models and innovative practice bases.
