一个新的集体,首先要树立一个非常好的班风。一个良好的班风,可以影响学生的行为规范,引导学生的思想,对集体生活,学习乃至与人交流上,都是一种潜移默化的教育。在学生还飘动的时候,及时抓住时机,对不同的学生进行不同方面的思想教育,让他们定下心来,喜欢,热爱在这个集体里学习和生活。我给学生和我共同设立了三个目标。(一)让所有学生团结友爱,关心和谐成为一个拼搏进取的集体。(二)在一定时间内让班级的卫生,纪律达到一个新的起点,成为较为优秀的班级。(三)培养好的班级队伍,尽快成为班级的核心力量。让学生看到目标和希望,共同努力。我抓住每一个时间和活动,对学生进行鼓励,使他们感觉到进步
A new group, we must first establish a very good class. A good class, can affect students ’norms of conduct, guide students’ thinking, collective life, learning and even communicate with others, are a subtle education. When the students are still floating, they should seize the opportunity in time to carry out different aspects of ideological education for different students so that they may settle down, like and love to study and live in this group. I set the students and I together three goals. (A) Let all students unite and love, care for harmony and become a hard-working and enterprising collective. (B) within a certain period of time so that the class of health, discipline reached a new starting point to become more outstanding class. (C) cultivate a good class team, as soon as possible to become the core force of the class. Allow students to see the goals and hopes, work together. I seize every moment and activity to encourage students and make them feel better
