通过对TH6363加工中心伺服进给系统的仿真研究,发现机械装置的等效转动惯量对系统的过渡过程动特性影响很大,并找到了它的影响规律,提出了在伺服系统设计时负载与伺服电机惯量匹配问题,对所研究的加工中心,Jm:JL有最佳取值范围;发现了伺服电机的转矩系数Kt对系统动特性有重要影响,并研究了其影响规律,找到了Kt的合理取植范围;利用仿真研究方法可以在设计阶段预知伺服系统的动态特性,仿真研究结果可为工程设计提供理论参考依据。
Through the simulation study on the servo feeding system of TH6363 machining center, it is found that the equivalent moment of inertia of the machine has a great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the transition process of the system, and its influence law has been found out.
