试验研究表明,钢纤维混凝土抵抗弯曲、疲劳、冲击、磨耗和控制裂缝的性能较之普通混凝土都有显著的提高。用钢纤维混凝土代替普通混凝土铺筑刚性道面,不但能减薄道面厚度,而且可以增大道面板的伸缩缝间距,延长道面的使用寿命。自七十年代末期以来,随着国外第二代钢纤维的出现,钢纤维混凝土在刚性道面中的应用已进入实用阶段,数万平方米的钢纤维混凝土机场道面、停机坪、公路路面、停车场等工程已不鲜见,并获得较好的经济效益。在国内,钢纤维混凝土道面的研究还处于探索阶段,所采用的钢纤维还局限于增强效能较低
Experimental studies have shown that steel fiber reinforced concrete’s resistance to bending, fatigue, impact, wear and crack control is significantly improved compared to ordinary concrete. The use of steel fiber reinforced concrete instead of ordinary concrete to pave rigid pavements can not only reduce the thickness of the road surface, but also increase the gap between the expansion joints of the road deck and extend the service life of the road surface. Since the late 1970s, with the advent of second-generation steel fibers abroad, the application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in rigid pavements has entered a practical stage. tens of thousands of square meters of steel fiber reinforced concrete airport pavement, apron, highway pavement , parking lots and other projects are not uncommon, and get better economic benefits. In China, the study of steel fiber reinforced concrete pavement is still in the exploratory stage. The steel fiber used is still limited to enhance the effectiveness.
