目的探讨食用受三聚氰胺污染的婴幼儿配方奶粉致泌尿系统结石的发病率及结石病人的临床特点、诊断和治疗措施。方法对高唐县6159例食用受污染奶粉的婴幼儿及儿童进行超声检查,主要使用GEvivid7型和PHILIPS非凡影像型B超检查,同时对住院的33例患儿和31例没有结石的正常儿童及婴幼儿进行肾功能、肝功能及电解质检查,分析检查结果,总结治疗方法。结果6159例婴幼儿及儿童中结石患儿80人,发病率为1.3%。仅有19例患儿有症状(23.75%)。结石组与对照组比较,血氯升高,CO2结合力降低,β2-微球蛋白含量升高,BUN含量减低(P均<0.01)。经治疗患儿全部治愈。结论三聚氰胺污染的婴幼儿配方奶粉可以导致婴幼儿泌尿系结石,同时引起血生化的一系列改变。治疗上主要是碱化尿液及纠正电解质紊乱,预后良好。
Objective To investigate the incidence of urinary tract calculi caused by melamine-contaminated infant formula and the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of patients with calculi. Methods Totally 6159 infants and children with contaminated milk powder in Gaotang County were examined with ultrasonography using the GEvivid7 and PHILIPS extraordinary B-mode ultrasonography. Treatment is mainly alkaline urine and correct electrolyte imbalance, the prognosis is good.
