2011年我院收治一例因服用中药同时出现铅、砷中毒的患者,现报告如下。1病例报告1.1一般情况患者,男,46岁。既往患有银屑病史20年,长期服用游医配制的中药偏方治疗。2011年10月开始出现四肢末梢麻木、无力,病情逐渐加重,行走困难,先后在多家医院住院治疗,诊断不明。2011年11月末就诊于我院,于门诊查尿铅、尿砷增高,收住院治疗。入院后已停止服用中药。患
