观察氟罗沙星（２００～４００ｍｇ／ｄ）治疗尿路感染４０例的疗效（疗程７～１４ｄ）及安全性，并与氧氟沙星（４００～６００ｍｇ／ｄ）比较。结果：氟罗沙星组及氧氟沙星组有效率分别为８５％及９０％；细菌清除率分别为９０％及９２．５％，不良反应发生率分别为２０％及１２．２％。经统计学处理两组无显著性差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：氟罗沙星治疗尿路感染疗效好，不良反应轻微，疗效及安全性与氧氟沙星相仿，给药次数较氧氟沙星相对减少。
To observe the efficacy and safety of fleroxacin (200-400 mg / d) in 40 cases of urinary tract infection (treatment course 7-14 days) and compare with ofloxacin (400-600 mg / d). Results: The effective rates of fleroxacin group and ofloxacin group were 85% and 90% respectively. The bacterial clearance rates were 90% and 92.5% respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions were 20% and 12.2% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fleroxacin is effective in treating urinary tract infection with mild side effects. The efficacy and safety of fleroxacin are similar to ofloxacin and the number of administration is less than that of ofloxacin.
