以白地霉菌为甘油三酯水解反应的酶源,采用pH玻璃电极为基础电极研制成甘油三酯微生物传感器。对细菌的筛选和培养条件、传感器制作方法和传感器的响应性能进行了研究。在28℃时,选择磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.5)为测量介质,测得所制传感器对甘油三酯的响应线性范围为:3.94× 10-6~ 1.91 × 10-3 mol/L,响应斜率为:37.4 mV/dec;响应时间为:5~15 min。使用寿命可达28 d。
To white mold fungus as triglyceride hydrolysis reaction of the enzyme source, the use of pH glass electrode as the basis for the development of triglyceride microbial sensors. Bacterial screening and culture conditions, sensor manufacturing methods and sensor response performance were studied. At 28 ℃, the linear response range of the sensor to triglyceride was found to be 3.94 × 10-6 ~ 1.91 × 10-3 mol / L, response slope: 37.4 mV / dec; response time: 5 ~ 15 min. The service life of up to 28 d.
