为评价间日疟原虫 PCR检测试剂盒在疟疾现场监测中的效果 ,采用该试剂盒和常规镜检法对安徽省疟疾流行区的 940份血样进行了检测 ,结果显示 ,该 PCR检测试剂盒对 2 34例在校中学生的人群带虫调查的阳性检出例数 (5例 )高于常规镜检 (2例 ) ,所需检测时间和费用均低于常规镜检。同时 ,采用两法对 5 19例门诊发热病人血片 (镜检初检阳性 16例 ,阴性 5 0 3例 )进行复核 ,镜检复核发现漏诊 2例 ,PCR复核发现漏诊 6例 ,所需复核时间和费用也均低于常规镜检。采用两法对 187例门诊“三热”病人进行被动病例检测 ,PCR检出阳性例数略高于镜检 ,但单位检测时间和费用也高于镜检。现场评价结果提示 ,该 PCR检测试剂盒可替代镜检用于疟疾监测中大样本检测 ,且具有敏感、特异、高效和价廉的特点。
To evaluate the efficacy of the PCR kit for malaria in the on-site surveillance of malaria, 940 blood samples from malaria-endemic areas in Anhui Province were tested using the kit and conventional microscopy. The field evaluation results suggest that the PCR detection kit can be used instead of microscopy for large sample detection in malaria surveillance and is sensitive, specific, efficient and inexpensive.
