目的让中学生接受性病、艾滋病防治知识教育,尽早建立起健康的生活技能。方法在“威远县中学生防治艾滋病健康生活技能培训计划”(以下简称《计划》)实施前后,采用分层整群随机抽样法对威远县20个镇的23所普通中学初中和高中(初中16所、高中7所)22 718名学生进行性病、艾滋病知晓率、关爱态度和需求问卷调查。结果《计划》实施前后中学生及教师相关知识及格率为:初中生培训前、后分别为65.29%和94.81%;高中生培训前、后为71.30%和95.62%;教师培训前、后为85.16%和97.13%;对待艾滋病感染者和患者的同情态度从培训前30%左右上升到95%以上;中学生对性病、艾滋病方面知识的需求由培训前的64.11%上升到培训后的92.41%。结论在学校健康教育课的基础上增加专业培训,可以提供知识的全面性,系统性和客观性,使学生对性病、艾滋病有了全面的了解。从小懂得用科学知识和技术来保护自己,达到预防性病、艾滋病的目的。
The purpose is to enable middle school students to receive STD and HIV / AIDS prevention education and establish healthy life skills as soon as possible. Methods Before and after the implementation of the “Weiyuan County Middle School AIDS Prevention and Cure AIDS Health Living Skills Training Program” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”), stratified cluster random sampling method was used to study 23 middle schools and 20 middle schools in Weiyuan County (16 junior high schools and 7 senior high schools) 22 718 students were asked about their STDs, AIDS awareness, caring attitude and needs questionnaire. Results The passing rate of middle school students and teachers before and after the implementation of the Program was 65.29% and 94.81% respectively before and after training, 71.30% and 95.62% before and after training, 85.16% before and after training, And 97.13% respectively. The sympathetic attitude toward people living with HIV / AIDS and HIV / AIDS patients rose from about 30% to over 95% before training. The demand for STD and AIDS knowledge among middle school students increased from 64.11% before training to 92.41% after training. Conclusions The increase of professional training based on the school health education class can provide comprehensiveness, systematicness and objectivity of knowledge so that students have a comprehensive understanding of STD and AIDS.
