随着开放大学的转型升级,加强自身能力建设,特别是教学资源建设成为基层电大需要特别重视的问题。自动录播系统帮助学校完成视频资源的建设,是当前教育信息化建设的热点。本文在实践基础上,对自动录播系统的功能进行介绍,分析其在基层电大教学资源建设中的意义。
With the transformation and upgrading of open universities, strengthening their own capacity building, especially the construction of teaching resources, has become a problem that needs to be given special attention by the TVUs at the grassroots level. Automatic recording and broadcasting system to help schools to complete the construction of video resources, is the current education information technology hot spots. On the basis of practice, this paper introduces the function of automatic recording and broadcasting system and analyzes its significance in the construction of teaching resources of grassroots TV universities.
