他,现年81岁,双鬓如雪,脸上始终挂着朴实的笑容;他,从领导岗位退下来的21年间,心系青少年,先后到学校、监狱等单位义务为青少年作理想信念教育和革命传统教育报告100多场(次),受教育人数达20余万人(次),组织青少年开展活动260人(次);他,1996年、2001年、2005年先后三次被评为江西省关心下一代先进个人,2003年、2010年先后被中共江西省委组织部、省委老干部局授予“五好共产党员”、“离退休干部先进个人”称号;他,就是离休干部、高安市关心下一代工作委员会常务副主任戴佳臻。
