我厂大型龙门铣床,由于使用、维护不当,造成面床上面积为600×20mm、深度为1~3mm的沟槽2条,总损伤面积约0.2m~2。开始用铸铁冷焊工艺进行修补,焊条用铸308和铸508。结果,焊接第1小段(20mm左右)后,发现焊缝凸起,焊道表面呈蜂窝状密集气孔。原先认为是焊道不净或焊条处理不当引起的。经过更仔细的清理焊道(四氯化碳洗刷,火焰烘烤),焊条按规定重新处理后再施焊,结果还是如此,焊道表面并未得到改善。
