过渡层是混凝土中最薄弱的环节,改善过渡层的结构与组成是提高混凝土材料性能的重要途径。试验用聚合物乳液包裹粗集料后制作成各种混凝土试块,测定其抗压强度、抗弯强度、抗压弹性模量、极限抗压应变及荷载──挠度曲线,发现用聚合物乳液处理粗集科后制作的混凝土的抗压、抗弯强度有明显提高,韧性大幅度提高,弹性模量稍有降低,极限抗压应变几乎是普通混凝土的二倍。
The transition layer is the weakest link in the concrete. To improve the structure and composition of the transition layer is an important way to improve the performance of the concrete material. The test polymer latex coated coarse aggregates was made into various concrete test blocks, and its compressive strength, bending strength, compressive elastic modulus, ultimate compressive strain, and load-deflection curve were measured. Polymer emulsions were found. The concrete produced after processing Rough Sets has significantly improved compressive and flexural strength, greatly improved toughness, slightly reduced elastic modulus, and the ultimate compressive strain is almost twice that of ordinary concrete.
