采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和半制备HPLC等色谱方法,从长松萝乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到16个化合物,经MS,NMR等波谱技术鉴定为2,6,2’-三羟基-4-甲基二苯甲烷(1),lecanorin(2),3-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoate(3),lecanorin E(4),3’-methylevernic acid(5),evernic acid(6),坝巴酸(7),3,7-dihydroxy-1,9-dimethyldibenzofuran(8),苔黑酚(9),苔黑素单甲醚(10),methyl orsellinate(11),methyl everninate(12),2,5-二甲基间苯二酚(13),2-羟基-4-甲氧基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸(14),扁枝衣酸乙酯(15),苔黑酚羧酸乙酯(16)。化合物1为首次以天然产物形式获得,定名为长松萝酚。化合物3,4,8,10,12和13为首次从松萝科植物中分离得到。除2,5,10外的其他化合物经体外抗炎活性筛选,结果显示1,8,13对RAW264.7细胞中NO生成有显著的抑制活性。
Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of ethanol extract of Pinus sylvestris using silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. The compounds were identified as 2,6,2 ’ 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoate (3), lecanorin E (4), 3 ’ emethylacetate (5), evernic acid (6), dam acid (7), 3,7-dihydroxy-1,9- dimethyldibenzofuran (8), orcinol methyl orsellinate 11, methyl everninate 12, 2,5-dimethylresorcinol 13, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoic acid 14 ), Bathenic acid ethyl ester (15), orcinol carboxylate (16). Compound 1 was first obtained as a natural product and named long-chalcolol. Compounds 3, 4, 8, 10, 12 and 13 were isolated from the genus Pinaceae for the first time. In addition to 2, 5, 10 other compounds were screened in vitro anti-inflammatory activity, the results showed that 1,8,13 RAW264.7 cells NO production significantly inhibitory activity.
