为深入贯彻落实中共中央、国务院《关于加强科学技术普及工作若干意见》和党的十五大确定的实施科教兴国战略的精神,充分发挥科普工作在提高劳动者素质,促进县域经济发展和社会进步中的基础作用,推进“科教兴县”的实施,1998年中国科协决定在全国开展创建科普示范县的活动。3年来,各地在“创建”活动中取得了很好的成绩,积累了许多宝贵的经验。近来,本刊收到了一些这方面的文稿。由于篇幅所限,本刊除刊出一些内容比较全面、成绩比较突出的文稿外,拟对其他稿件采取编发摘要的形式选用。本期先刊出安徽省和县科协周赓宝和福建省福清市科协郑坚、张在铁的来稿。同时,欢迎各地作者赐稿。
In order to thoroughly implement the “Several Opinions on Strengthening the Popularization of Science and Technology” of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the spirit of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education as set forth by the 15th National Congress of the CPC, we should give full play to science popularization work in improving the quality of labors and promoting the economic development and social progress of the county In 1998, China Association for Science and Technology decided to launch activities to establish science demonstration counties throughout the country. In the past 3 years, various localities have made great achievements in their “Create ” activities and accumulated many valuable experiences. Recently, we have received some contributions in this area. Due to the limited space, in addition to publishing a number of more comprehensive content, outstanding performance of the manuscript, the other manuscripts to be prepared in the form of summary. This issue first published Anhui Province and County Association for Science and Technology Week Zhou Bao and Fuqing City Association for Science and Technology Zheng Jian, Zhang Tie in the manuscript.
