The 3rd International Conference on Breast Ultrasound Diagnostics was held at Keio Hotel Tokyo, Japan from June 10 to June, 1983. The meeting was jointly organized by the International Executive Committee and the Japan Society of Ultrasound Medicine. Former President of the World Federation of Medical Ultrasound, President of the Japan Society of Ultrasound Medicine and Professor Kazuhiko Hei served as chair of the conference.
