双杠是我国开展较为普及的体操项目之一,至今在一些厂矿、学校、部队的广场上,都设有双杠器械供广大群众锻炼身体。我国优秀体操运动员、廿一届世界体操锦标赛自由体操冠军李月久,亦曾获得过第五届体操世界杯赛的双杠金牌。但从八一年上半年昆明赛区和下半年南昌全国锦标赛的情况来看,还存在一些值得研究的问题,现提出来供商榷。一、规定动作今年比赛使用的是国际体操联合会公布的1981—1984年男子体操规定动作。也是我国第五届全运会及参加亚运会、世界锦标赛、奥运会的规定动作,要连续使用多年。因此研究这套动作很有必要。参加
