目的:将膜分离技术应用于麦冬多糖的纯化工艺。方法:通过对微滤效果、膜的清洗和再生等方面进行研究,确定最佳适宜于麦冬多糖纯化的陶瓷膜孔径。结果:0.1μm孔径无机陶瓷膜适合麦冬多糖的纯化;在室温、运行压力为0.15 Mpa的条件下对麦冬水提液进行陶瓷膜微滤,多糖的透过率为98.5%,纯度达84.8%,从所得多糖的纯度和量方面比较,其纯化效果优于高速离心法、直接减压浓缩法。结论:应用膜分离技术纯化麦冬多糖,在技术上是可行的,具有实际应用价值。
Objective: The membrane separation technology applied to the purification of polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicus. Methods: To study the effects of microfiltration, membrane cleaning and regeneration, and to determine the optimum membrane pore size for purification of polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicus. Results: The 0.1μm pore size inorganic ceramic membrane was suitable for the purification of Radix Ophiopogonis polysaccharide. The membrane of Ophiopogon japonicus was microfiltered at room temperature and operating pressure of 0.15 Mpa, the polysaccharide permeability was 98.5% and the purity was 84.8 %, From the purity and amount of polysaccharides obtained, the purification effect is better than high-speed centrifugation, direct decompression concentration method. Conclusion: It is technically feasible to purify Radix Ophiopogonis polysaccharide with membrane separation technique, which has practical application value.
