位于南京热河南路的某商城,其设计总建筑面积85000平方米,地上30层,地下2层,1997年建成7层以下部分并投入使用,上部因诸多问题而停工。计划1999年进行7层以上的建设。该工程桩基础采用钢筋混凝土钻孔灌注端承桩,桩基础施工完毕后,部分工程桩存在重大质量隐患,因此,根据设计院和质监站的要求,在主体施工前必须进行彻底处理。该工程底层为商场现已经投入使用,地下室的层高3.4米,给桩基处理的设计和施工提出了许多特殊要求,施工过程中也解决了大量棘手的实际问题。整个加固处理历时一年多,现就此做一论述,希望业内同行在处理类似病害工程中有所借鉴。
Located in a shop in Jehol South Road in Nanjing, the designed gross floor area is 85,000 square meters, with 30 floors on the ground and 2 floors underground. In 1997, it was built and put into operation under 7 storeys. The upper part was stopped due to many problems. It is planned to build more than seven floors in 1999. After the construction of pile foundation is finished, some engineering piles have significant quality risks. Therefore, according to the requirements of Design Institute and Quality Supervision Station, the main body construction must be thoroughly dealt with before the main construction. The ground floor of the project is now being put into use by shopping malls. The basement storey is 3.4 meters in height. Many special requirements are put forward for the design and construction of pile foundation treatment. Many thorny practical problems are also solved in the construction process. The entire reinforcement process lasted more than a year, is to do a discussion on this, I hope the industry counterparts in the treatment of similar disease projects have some lessons.
