高血压是心血管疾病中致残致死的主要因素之一,其严重并发症——脑卒中,位居疾病死因前茅,因此,高血压的早期诊断,合理用药显得尤为重要。24小时动态血压监测能客观地显示昼夜血压的波动状况,反映出人在各种活动状态下,睡眠中和用药后血压的改变,因此,在高血压的诊治中有其特殊的重要意义。现将我科56例病人24小时动态血压监测的资料分析报道如下。
Hypertension is one of the major causes of disability and death in cardiovascular diseases. Its serious complications - stroke, leading cause of death of the disease, therefore, early diagnosis of hypertension, rational use of medication is particularly important. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring can objectively display the fluctuation of diurnal blood pressure, which reflects the changes of blood pressure in various activities, during sleep and after medication. Therefore, it has special significance in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension. Now 56 cases of our patient dynamic 24-hour blood pressure monitoring data reported below.
