目的分析自贡市2011-2012年成蚊种群构成和季节消长情况,为蚊虫的防治工作提供科学依据。方法诱蚊灯法,用Excel2003对数据进行统计。结果 2年捕获蚊虫共20 069只,属1科2亚科4属5种,致倦库蚊3 059只(15.24%),三带喙库蚊14 021只(69.86%),白纹伊蚊和中华按蚊分别占0.05%(11只)和2.87%(575只),骚扰阿蚊2 403只(11.97%),城市和农村蚊虫构成一致。2011-2012年城区年均蚊密度分别为0.27、0.22只/灯/h,农村年均蚊密度分别为13.39、11.99只/灯/h。2011、2012年密度高峰分别在5、6月。结论三带喙库蚊为全市优势种,种群构成和季节消长无明显变化,5~10月可有针对性地开展蚊虫防治工作。
Objective To analyze the population structure and seasonal fluctuation of adult mosquitoes from 2011 to 2012 in Zigong City and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquitoes. Method of mosquito lamp method, using Excel2003 statistical data. Results A total of 20 069 mosquitoes were captured in 2 years, belonging to 4 genera and 1 subfamily, 5 subfamilies, 3 059 (15.24%) of Culex quinquefasciatus, 14 021 (69.86%) Culex tritaeniorhynchus, And Anopheles sinensis accounted for 0.05% (11) and 2.87% (575) respectively, while 2 403 (11.97%) were mosquitoes of Anopheles. The mosquitoes in urban and rural areas were the same. The annual average mosquito density of urban areas in 2011-2012 was 0.27,0.22 / lamp / h, and the annual average mosquito density in rural areas was 13.39 and 11.99 / lamp / h respectively. The peak density in 2011 and 2012 were in May and June respectively. Conclusion Culex tritaeniorhynchus is the dominant species in the city, with no significant changes in population composition and seasonal fluctuation. From May to October, mosquito control can be carried out in a targeted manner.
