第九届全国人民代表大会第四次会议听取了财政部部长项怀诚受国务院委托所作的《关于2000年中央和地方预算执行情况及2001年中央和地方预算草案的报告》,各代表团对预算草案和报告进行了审查。全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会根据各代表团和各专门委员会的意见,对预算草案和报告进行了审查。现将审查结果报告如下。一、国务院提出的2000年预算执行数,全国财政收入13380亿元,比预算增加1042亿元,超过8.4%;全国财政支出15879亿元,比预算增加743亿元,超过4.9%;收支相
