我县是一个平原地区.结合农田水利,大搞农田林网化,是平原地区实现农田林网化的一种形式.其优点是:(1)不占用集体耕地面积;(2)林带分布均匀,交织成网,防护效果显著;(3)可美化环境,改善人民生活条件;(4)可提供大量的林副产品,巩固和壮大集体经济.这种形式,适宜在苏北平原地区推广运用.下面主要介绍我县罗桥公社的典型事例:
My county is a plain area. Combining with farmland irrigation and water conservancy, popularization of farmland forestation is a form of farmland network in the plain area. The advantages are: (1) do not occupy the area of collective arable land; (2) distribution of forest belt , Intertwined into a net, significant protective effect; (3) can beautify the environment and improve people’s living conditions; (4) can provide a large number of forest by-products, to consolidate and strengthen the collective economy.This form is suitable for promotion and utilization in the northern Jiangsu plain.
