Objective To investigate the relationship between microcirculation and air syncope. Methods The test subjects were 39 pilots with a history of airborne syncope and 46 control pilots of the health group. Both pilots were routine active standing endurance test before and after the test of blood pressure, heart rate and microcirculation indicators. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in standing endurance test and the control group, especially the number of tuberculosis, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, length of blood vessel, width of portal, branch diameter and branch diameter (P <0. 0 5). The majority of changes from the stand immediately began to stand 20min continued deepening and further decline in blood pressure. Conclusions The change of microcirculation is related to the occurrence of syncope in the air, and the improvement of microcirculation may be of great significance in the prevention and correction of syncope.
