报告了2例毛细胞白血病(HCL),其特点在临床上多表现为腹胀不适、乏力、衰弱等,可有皮肤出血点、淤斑、全血细胞减少、脾大;其特征性诊断依据是外周血、骨髓或脾脏内可发现毛细胞(HCs)。治疗脾型多行脾切除术,而骨髓型多采用化疗。
