如何做好新形势下文化单位的思想政治工作?这是近几年来我们经常思考和探索的问题,并进行了一些粗浅的尝试,取得了一些效果,现将点滴思考和做法归纳于下。甲、毛毛雨,经常下(1)做思想工作,我们注意从思想上、做法上划清与“左”的一套的界限,不搞“整人术”和形式主义。在指导思想上坚持“为了工作”、“与人为善”、“合情合理”、“化消极因素为积极因素”、“培养四有新人”的原则;在做法上注意从实际出发,潜移默化。(2)“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒。”因此,要“毛毛雨,经常下”。我馆经常性的思想工作总是围绕推进工作,坚持制度进行的。方法主要是学、讲、谈,即坚持每周一次集体学习,领导不定期讲话和随时随地的个别谈心。
