贵阳市人民政府办公厅文件筑府办发〔2010〕105号各区、市、县人民政府,市政府各工作部门、各直属机构:2010年6月28日14时许,我省安顺市关岭县岗乌镇发生一起山体滑坡地质灾害,该镇大寨村107名村民被掩埋。灾害发生后,党中央、国务院高度重视,省委、省政府主要领导亲赴现场,全力搜救被埋人员,迅速开展抢险救援工作。省委、省政府要求各地举一反三,排查险情,做好预案。市委、市政府迅速贯彻落实,立即对我市地质灾害防范应对工作做出安排部署。现就有关工作紧急通知如下:
