1.企业重组的定义 本文认为,企业重组是企业为了提高竞争力,适应经营环境的变化,以战略为导向,通过业务重组、财务重组和组织重组等多种手段,对企业包括人、财、物等多种生产要素进行重新优化组合的过程。
1. Definition of Enterprise Reorganization This paper argues that enterprise restructuring is a strategy that enterprises should adopt in order to enhance their competitiveness and adapt to changes in the business environment.
