医德医风建设是医院思想政治工作的重要组成部分,当前,医德医风建设,既是社会议论的热点和人们关注的焦点,又是纠正行业不正之风的难点,更是医院工作的重点。近年来,各级卫生管理部门和医疗卫生单位不断加大医德医风建设力度,医德医风建设取得了可喜的进展。但同时,医疗市场的竞争日益加剧,医德医风建设面临严峻的考验。一些医务人员面对市场经济,思想观念和价值观也发生了变化。
