为弘扬中华民族饮食文化。开展国际间的饮食科技与文化交流,经中华人民共和国国家科委批准,将于今年5月15日至22日在中国北部美丽的海滨城市大连及首都北京市,举办“’98世界华人饮食科技与文化交流博览会”。这是由中国食文化研究会、中国国际科学技术合作协会、大连市人民政府和世界中国烹饪联合会、中国名人协会、中国烹饪协会、中国华侨国际文化交流促进会等单位主办,并得到国家对外贸易经济合作部、国内贸易部、文化部、轻工总会、全国侨联、国家旅游局等部门支持的一次世界华裔华人食品餐饮界的盛会,也是世界华人盼望已久的在中国大陆举办的一次国际性联谊活动。
To promote the Chinese nation’s food culture.
